He was brought up through the ranks in the construction industry as a tradesman specializing in site work, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry and mechanical systems. During the last decade, Joseph Marino, President, has diversified and substantially grown Century 21 Construction, transforming it into one of the top general contracting and construction management firms in New Jersey. Joe began working with the firm in 1987, with a bachelor's degree in construction engineering and more than a decade of field experience. Chris Pompeo, Executive Vice President, started in the field in 1982 and joined the firm full-time in 1987. His management skills and ability to oversee some of the firm's largest assignments has given the company the ability to continue diversifying and expanding its services.
